The new race is the result of the evolution of the brand and the technological innovations that Vittoria is bringing to the market. Starting from the reinforced corespun-k 320 tpi carcass, soft but lasting, and adding the mix of 4 different mixes grapahene (technology of which Vittoria is unique and owner), the new race embodies the sacred grail of the performance: speed, softness, duration and reliability. That you are running a World Tour race, or a local Criterium, each product of the race family will give you very high level performances.
Technologies
With the aim of going beyond the limits of what is thought possible, Vittoria has managed to develop a new generation of graphene: the Graphene 2.0. Unlike the first generation graphene, the new graphene 2.0 is designed to improve the specific performance of the tires. In other words, while the first generation of graphene compounds raised the level uniformly, the graphene 2.0 focuses on the individual performance measurements and increases them in an disproportionate way compared to the others. Vittoria is now able to use graphene in such a way as to obtain an increase in performance specifically to improve speed, adherence to the wet, duration and resistance to drips at a time,
4C
The mixing of a rubber, together with the carcass, determines how much it manages to keep the road well. Victory searches relentlessly new mixes to create tires with performances, grips, and ever longer duration. In any condition.
Developed exclusively by Vittoria to reach ever greater performances, Vittoria 4C is a stratification process in which 4 mixes with unique characteristics are combined within the single tire.
Vittoria Tubulars
The tubular tire is made up of a fabric carcass wrapped around an air chamber. The ends of the tubular are sewn along the internal circumference of the same. The tubular is glued to the circle, which presents a less pronounced concavity than a circle for a cover. The tread is hand -glued on the carcass, a work process exclusively used for top of the range tubular. The round form of the tubular profile gives numerous advantages compared to the cover. The guide is more predictable and better absorbs the roughness of the ground.
