Unwanted products

Conditions

To proceed with the return it is necessary that the products are in presentable and suitable conditions. 

The products have no deadlines (food, body products, etc.), are customized, customized, or articles not in the catalog ordered on request ("on order").

Instructions

Send an e-mail to info@evolutionbikes.com where the return is communicated and wait for confirmation and return number.

Upon confirmation, the goods and the original packaging itself must be properly packaged in order to guarantee integrity during transport and insert the purchase test (such as the order summary or the invoice).

Send the package by mail or courier according to your preferences. We recommend a standard shipping service with tracking as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non -delivery, delays. The return costs (shipping/packaging costs) are borne by the customer.

Once received, the products will be subjected to an accurate control to meet the return conditions. At the slightest sign of use, the return is rejected (this is because Evolution Bikes keeps the fact that each user receives the perfectly new and unused material).

Within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, exceeded control:

The value of the products made net of shipping costs that are borne by the customer will be refunded.

The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase phase and the re -credited could delay a few days before you can be viewed (it depends on the type of paper used). We remind you that in the case of credit cards may happen to see the crediting on the account the following month with the account extract (the transaction should however already be viewed in the movement/balance list of the respective card)

Notes: if you want to change one product with another you need to return it and a voucher to be used in a new order will be issued.

If promotional codes have been used in the order made, they will no longer be reusable.

In the event of receipt of goods that does not respect the conditions of made or damaged by incorrect use by the customer, the refund is denied (with subsequent recovery of the goods borne by the customer) or partially performed.

Defective products (just received)

Evolution Bikes performs products checks before sending them, if you find a defect in the product within 14 days of receipt, please contact us to make the problem in mind in order to evaluate if it is solved without the return and, if necessary, evolution Bikes, in most cases, will retire with his own courier.

With certain products it is possible that it is necessary to contact special assistance/collection centers located in the area. In this case, the customer will solve the problem directly with the manufacturer/supplier of the product.

Products are excluded whose problem needs a verification by the supplier/manufacturer. In this case, it will be necessary to follow the guarantee procedure.

It is important to install, repair and use the product by carefully following the instructions to avoid damaging the product or incurring accidents. Usually the instructions are included, if they were not it is possible to download them from the manufacturer's website or request them to customer service.

In the case of defects identifiable by our technical department, covered by a guarantee, we will withdraw with our shipping service for immediate repair or replacement, anticipating the product (if available). In certain situations, the collection service may not be available, therefore the customer will organize himself with the customer service for the sending (with tracking code) of the products, whose shipping costs will be subsequently reimbursed by Evolution Bikes (it will be evaluated on a case -by -rate one for case and in any case refunded the value of a standard economic shipment). We will do our best to proceed as quickly as possible to restore the product to the customer (sometimes technical times are needed that do not depend on Evolution Bikes).

If, on the other hand, it was necessary to return the product to the supplier it is necessary to follow the guarantee procedure. This happens, for example, when the manufacturer himself requests the product to be able to verify it or when our technical department is unable to determine with certainty that the defect is covered by a guarantee due to an incorrect installation or use.

Evolution Bikes reserves the right to propose a reimbursement if complications were born for the restoration of the product. Guarantee products

All products purchased on Evolution Bikes are covered by the official guarantee of the manufacturer for 24 months from receiving the goods. The guarantee will be applied to the product that present defects of conformity and/or operation that cannot be found at the time of purchase. If you have just received the product, see the defective products section (just received).

Conditions

There are exceptions in which the guarantee can have less or greater duration. Lithium batteries used to power high power lights, for example, have a limited warranty to 6 months as they are considered consumer materials.

The products are not subject to guarantee whose problem is due to usury and/or deterioration such as tires, brakes, tablets, chains, cassettes, batteries etc. Food products, such as supplements and drinks.

The guarantee is not applied in case of incorrect installation of the product, poor maintenance, abuse or negligence, incorrect and/or fraudulent uses of the product, alteration of the same or unauthorized repair attempts.

The guarantee is personal, therefore applicable to the original buyer.

Any article restored or replaced under warranty will in turn be covered by the guarantee for a period equal to the residual guarantee period of the original product.

Any repair costs for articles not subject to guarantee will be communicated in advance of the buyer. The consumer will thus be able to decide whether or not to repair the article.

In most cases we will withdraw with our shipping service which will involve a bail of 10 euros and 20 euros for the customer for voluminous items, which will be totally reimbursed once the supplier confirms the guarantee. In certain situations, the collection service may not be available, therefore the customer will organize himself with the customer service for the sending (with tracking code) of the products, whose shipping costs will be reimbursed subsequently by Evolution Bikes. In any case, in any case, the value of a standard economic shipment will be assessed by case, in any case.

Within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, Evolution Bikes, will contact the customer by informing it of the time necessary for verification and any product guarantee on the Variables according to the manufacturer/supplier.

In the event that the manufacturer/Supplier confirm the guarantee for the defect found, replacement, repair, or, at the discretion of Evolution Bikes, good for the value of the product. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product, Evolution Bikes reserves the right to propose an alternative of equal or higher value. In some cases, once the guarantee by the manufacturer/supplier is confirmed, Evolution Bikes can anticipate the product if available in stock.

Notes:

If the supplier/manufacturer rejects the guarantee for any reason (e.g. non -existent defect, conditions of use or installation not respected, etc.), the deposit as a deposit will be lost (to cover the costs for the withdrawal of the product)

Pacchi received without return, appropriately completed guarantee form and purchase test will be rejected.

Sending errors

In the case of incorrect items sent by Evolution Bikes, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will solve the problem as long as possible without the customer for the customer.

Incorrect size replacement

In the case of items purchased with incorrect size/measurement, we proceed as with unwanted products.

Voluminous products

For bicycles or voluminous products to be returned, we recommend contacting us first for some suggestions and to check if there is the possibility of withdrawal by our courier with more subsidized rates. We recommend keeping the original packaging for a possible return.

Products on order

If you buy a "order" product, it is not possible in any way to modify or proceed with the cancellation of the order once inserted. It is not even possible to apply the right of withdrawal, nor request a reimbursement or the issue of a voucher of the value of the goods ordered for a replacement of the aforementioned with any other product, as it is a specially assigned goods according to the customer's specifications and not available at our warehouse. The waiting time is approximate and is indicated on working days, if significant delays are highlighted by the supplier, the customer service will promptly contact the customer to inform him and, in certain cases of excessive delay by the manufacturer/supplier, Evolution Bikes reserves the right to propose the cancellation of the order and the refund.

The return procedure in the case of articles withdrawn directly on the headquarters follows the same conditions valid for the return of the items shipped by courier.
