PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

ARE ALL THE ITEMS I FIND ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE?

Yes, all items on the website are in stock. Our stock updates in real time.

CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN AN ITEM IS BACK IN STOCK?

Yes, you must use the "Notify me" function directly on the sheet of a product currently in stock.

CAN I ORDER ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?

There is no possibility to order unavailable items, except for pre-order or made-to-order items.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE ORDER PROCESSING TIMES?

Order processing times tend to vary between 5/6 working days but we always strive to process orders as soon as possible.

DO THE BICYCLES ARRIVE DISASSEMBLED OR ALREADY ASSEMBLED?

The bicycles arrive pre-assembled, the front wheel must be mounted and the handlebars straightened.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout phase, as they tend to vary based on the weight/volume ratio of the product purchased.

WHICH COURIER ARE SHIPMENTS MADE WITH?

We use the collaboration of various couriers which may vary based on the shipping areas, the couriers used are: GLS, BARTOLINI, DHL.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Once you have received the package, please check that the number of packages delivered by the courier corresponds to that
indicated by the courier himself. If you notice damaged packaging, please accept the package "WITH RESERVE" by reporting this to the courier and our customer service. If the package is not accepted with reservation, it will be impossible for us to forward the complaint to the shipping service for
a verification and possible refund/replacement of the damaged product or
missing due to theft. We always recommend signing "with reserve" upon receiving the package in order to verify the integrity of the product inside. If damage or signs are found when opening the package, these must be reported promptly and documented with photos.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

All shipping services have a tracking code that is sent via email from the moment the shipment takes place. With the code received it will be possible to follow the status of the order (with some couriers the code will be active 24 hours after shipping).

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER?

All payment methods are shown during checkout, below are some of them: Credit/debit cards, Paypal, Bank transfer, etc.

IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SAFE?

Once you have selected the Credit Card payment method you will be redirected to the secure portal with encryption of data transmission and respecting the processing of sensitive data. Evolutionbikes.pl does not store card data in any way.

HOW DO I PROCEED FOR PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER?

For payments by bank transfer the amount to be paid is that indicated in the order; payment must be made with the following data:

In the reason for the transfer, enter the name and surname of the ordering customer and the order number.

CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

No, due to company choice it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.
