A light and ingenious multifunction tool! Two levers connect to form a caliper for electrical connection to remove or install the main shirt of a chain. Power Lever easily separates into two pieces to be used as two tire levers. The integrated chain hook maintains the stable chain during the removal or installation of the main shirt.
