SRAM DISC BRAKE BRONZE STEALTH CODE
SRAM DISC BRAKE BRONZE STEALTH CODE
Our legendary brake at full power now has a new technology to improve the aesthetic of your passenger compartment: Stealth. The brand new lever body design brings the tube closer to the bar, allowing a more elegant and modern guide. And to facilitate customization, Code Bronze offers the adjustment of the flow rate without tools. The control is everything and the best races begin with the certainty that your brakes will always be the same.
- Invisible body design to complete our Axs piloting cabin
- Designed for the most heavy braking needs
- The metal bearings are standard for greater power and longer duration
- Use Swinglink for a driving without effort
Technology
Swinglink
Press a sram brake lever and you immediately notice it. Less dead area. More positive involvement. A new cams system requires a lesser lever race to push the tablets to the rotor. It is fantastic, but to obtain perfect braking performances only the power is not enough. You need control. Many braking systems minimize the dead area, but at the expense of modulation. Swinglink solves this problem with its special Camma shape. When the pads come into contact with the rotor, the lever rate curve is flat and regular, avoiding the feeling of "activation/deactivation" of the brake. It is the perfect balance between power and precision.
Timing Port Closure
The door of timing of a hydraulic brake is the connection between the tank and the award of the lever cylinder. When the lever is pressed, a cup garnish exceeds this area and closes the door, pressing the system. The closing system of the SRAM distribution door is equipped with durable gaskets and a finish of the ultra smooth cylinder forum that produces reliable braking power and coherence.
Expandable Bladder
The new SRAM brake lever design includes a remodeling membrane that helps to adjust and reduce air bubbles. The membrane is specially shaped to evacuate the air from the lever and push the fluid exactly where it is needed. The result is a better unloading of the counterpression, which produces reliable braking power and coherence.
Bleeding Edge
With this new circuit of the pliers' fluid, the purge door has been moved to the lower part of the pliers and all four wrappings of the pistons can communicate. In this way, during the purge, the fluid naturally fills the caliper, causing a simpler and more substantial purge.
