Compatibility with the SPD cleat system allows the O NEAL Flow SPD MTB shoes to be used with flat and clipless pedals. The reinforced structure has a polyurethane upper and reinforcements on the toe. Strategic perforations let air circulate. The rubber sole has a honeycomb surface which promotes grip and support on the pedal. The double closure system (laces and Velcro band) supports the shoes while running.
