The Premio short has been perfected to provide maximum comfort for long distances and to become your all-time favorite short. This is an important goal and requires a lot of development work to support it. Let's try to observe it carefully. The first thing you might notice is what's missing: the stitching and multiple panels. We have designed a new fabric that changes according to the needs of various parts of the body. The leg bottom has a raw cut with the addition of a rubberized yarn in the last part to ensure that the shorts adhere well to the skin and do not move. The two-way stretch fabric becomes lighter in the thigh and provides just the right amount of muscle support. In the pelvic area, compression and support are increased to keep the pad and everything else in place, with the fabric becoming thicker to avoid any kind of embarrassing transparency issues. With this magical fabric we don't need to sew separate panels together and this ensures greater comfort and a better fit, as well as a more elegant and sophisticated look. Premium fabrics extend the braces. The perforated back part keeps your back dry and fresh, while the edges are heat-welded to avoid annoying thicknesses. The elastic braces, thanks to the characteristics of the fabric, have the right elasticity that allows you to keep the shorts firmly in place without cutting the shoulders. The pad is our top of the line Progetto X²Air seamless. It is actually made up of two separate components: a soft, elastic and protective layer in contact with the skin, which has the sole purpose of preventing irritation due to the fabric rubbing on the skin and an underlying layer which must dampen vibrations. The latter has two separate densities of foam, with perforated, breathable gel inserts placed just below the sit bones and perineum. We incorporated the minimalist concept of less is more into the design using laser engraving of the logos and discreet finishes. It feels like a prize just as you feel it. You can say that every component, every stitch, every detail obsessed us. You won't find a better short.
