The Bora Ultra WTO 45 Campagnolo is the perfect balance between speed, agility and stability, the best choice for all-round cyclists . The rim design takes into account road riding conditions, not just those recreated in a wind tunnel, and the result is a profile shape that reduces aerodynamic drag in the most efficient way.

Now even lighter , thanks to its Hand Made Ultra-Light Carbon (HULC) construction, the Bora Ultra WTO 45 has thinner Aero elliptical spokes and hidden nipples to help cut through the air. The carbon hub body with an exclusive Campagnolo design is firmly fixed to an aluminum flange and the integrated spoke seats ensure perfect alignment with the rim. A stunning C-LUX finish and subtle new Bora Ultra graphics make the wheels sleek and stylish.

Campagnolo's CULT ceramic bearings rotate effortlessly within both the carbon front and aluminum rear aero hubs. The oversized freewheel with 36 tooth rack is compatible with N3W, XDR or HG standards.

The Bora Ultra WTO 45 rims, designed for tire widths starting from 23 mm, are aerodynamically optimized for 25 mm tyres.

Undeniable efficiency

• The overall efficiency of the wheels is determined by overcoming aerodynamic drag, rolling resistance and the effects of weight and slope.

• Rolling resistance for this rim profile was found to be lower with a 19mm internal channel, especially with 25mm or 28mm tyres, but the aerodynamics are optimized for 25mm tyres.

• With a total weight (bike and rider) of 87 kg, the rolling resistance of a 25 mm tire at 40 km/h is as follows: tubular 30 watts, clincher 28 watts, tubeless 25 watts.

• For this reason Bora Ultra WTO presents 2-Way Fit rims for tubeless, tubeless ready or clincher tyres.

Perfect alignment

• Campagnolo prints the nipple and valve holes directly with the rims, so as to avoid having to subsequently drill the carbon fiber

• Each spoke hole has an internal seat for the nipple, wrapped inside the lamination of the carbon rim, aligned with a specific hub.

• Aero Mo-Mag nipples are perfectly aligned with each spoke and allow for very precise wheel fitment, with reduced localized stresses and improved fatigue life.

Stop and go

• All new Bora Ultra WTO wheels are designed for AFS (centerlock compatible) disc rotors.

• Campagnolo's exclusive G3 spoke system improves the transfer of driving torque.

• The CULT ceramic bearings used by Bora Ultra WTO hubs are 5 ½ times smoother than standard steel bearings.

• The oversized freewheel with 36 tooth rack is responsive and very durable and is compatible with N3W, XDR, HG bodies.
