Kask Protone Icon helmet

The new synonym of victory? Protone icon. The helmet benefits from the most recent technological progress in terms of safety, ventilation and aerodynamic, which make it an icon of road cycling. The design of proton icon draws inspiration from Protone, Kask's winning helmet, improving it in every single aspect.

The internal structure was redefined to offer greater safety. The Seamless technology that combines the upper part and the lower part of the cap gives an elegant and refined appearance, as well as advantages at the aerodynamic level. The new Octofit+ adjustment system acts optimally on the comfort and stability of the helmet, while the vertical stabilizer along the neck provides ergonomic support for the neck, allowing a better balance and a customizable fit. The adjustment wheel, covered with a special rubber, is wider and offers greater seal for the fingers, and the cathi -theft insert on the back of the helmet contributes to increasing safety on the street. The internal coating, made with Coolmax® fabric, is comfortable, rapid drying, removable and washable. As happens usually with all Kask helmets, Protone Icon has been developed in accordance with the Kask Wg11 protocol, which constitutes an objective and scientific approach to measuring the performance of the helmet compared to rotational impacts.

Technologies

OCTOFIT+ Tenuta System
The new overinated rubber adjustment wheel offers greater seal for the fingers. The vertical stabilizer was reworked to strengthen stability, providing a personalized fit to longer hair cyclists. Ergonomic neck support ensures rapid and safe adherence to the neck.

Eco -leather strap
Chinch with synthetic leather strap. The hypoallergenic and washable strap is extremely comfortable and helps to avoid skin irritations.

3D Dry padding
To create the three -dimensional 3D Dry Dry, a process with a cell open to multiple layers is used: advanced technology for comforts and maximum level performance.

Coolmax fiber
Replaceable and washable internal padding made with Coolmax® material

Internal structure
The innovative internal reinforcement aerodynamic frame offers greater mechanical resistance and better solidity. In case of bumps, it prevents the breaking of the helmet and ensures greater safety for all sportsmen.

Aerodynamic control
Aerodynamic cap with very high performance, subject to tests inside the wind gallery and capable of providing an extraordinary CX rate. Regardless of the position of the head, the outflow of air will always be in line with the helmet.

Mit technology guarantees greater safety to your head and complete protection of polystyrene, thanks to the polycarbonate layer that covers the upper part, the base ring and the back of the cap.
