Eagle features all-new 1x components, designed for even greater durability and performance, while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain solutions. Eagle technology also offers a 520% expanded gear range, equivalent to 2x11 drivetrains.
X-Sync 2
SRAM X-SYNC 2 Eagle is the next evolution of SRAM X-SYNC technology. Aggressive tooth design provides better chain retention for a smoother, more efficient pedaling feel. With a focus on long-lasting durability, the X-SYNC 2 Eagle design reduces friction and the build-up of mud, sand and dirt.
DUB
The relationship between the bottom bracket pivot and the bearing is at the heart of DUB technology. It's where rigidity meets durability. We've taken a step beyond conventional thinking and made everything simpler by better integrating the relationship between chainring, crank, spindle and bottom bracket. It is this approach to developing a complete system that equates to improved powertrain performance.
Carbon Tuned
Strength and rigidity where you need it, lightness where you want it. SRAM's proprietary carbon layering design increases thickness and stiffness in critical stress areas. The tapered, terraced carbon architecture ensures maximum weight savings without compromising strength.
Boost
BOOST is the standard wheel and drivetrain specification that offers the opportunity to improve frame geometry with shorter chainstays, wider and stiffer suspension spindles, a wider range of chainring options, as well as more clearance for larger tires and wider, stiffer wheels.
