For 2023 , the Fox 38 fork gets an update in the form of a new crown with updated design and engineering for more head tube overlap, improving durability and maintaining stiffness while shedding 20 grams.

The Fox 38 Float is a fork designed for AM/Enduro riding.

This 2023 version offers three more improvements:

LOWER BYPASS CHANNELS.

Increasing the volume of air in the lower legs reduces the amount of involuntary extra pressure. Oil from the lower legs' bath also flows to the upper legs, continually lubricating the foam bushings and bearings as the fork compresses and extends in its travel.

BLEEDERS OF THE LOWER LEGS

It allows air pressure equalization to improve the fork's performance, allowing for full travel and greater sensitivity and responsiveness over small bumps.

NEW ARCH OF THE LOWER LEGS

Our new lower leg design does everything it can to save grams, whilst ensuring it doesn't compromise the stiffness or strength required for modern enduro and gravity style riding.

Our GRIP2 shock sets the benchmark for unmatched ride quality and ultra-precise tuning. GRIP2 features our patented Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology which allows for external fine tuning of suspension performance. GRIP2 makes it a breeze to do what typically requires the time-consuming and complicated task of completely removing and reassembling the fork.

FLOAT EVOL Air Shock:

EVOL technology increases the negative volume of the air spring, optimizing sensitivity to small impacts. The linear EVOL spring curve offers softness from the top, extra mid-stroke support and a more tunable exit progression.
The benefits of EVOL are further enhanced by our new lower leg channels and bleeders, which both work to reduce air pressure captured in the lower legs, allowing the EVOL air spring to operate freely without unwanted interference.
