Technologies
3C Maxx Speed
Used primarily for cross country and enduro tires, the two compounds on the outer layer are specially formulated to reduce rolling resistance and optimize wear and traction.
EXO Protection
It is a material added to the sides of selected mountain bike covers that is extremely resistant to cuts and abrasions. This layer obtained with a super light and highly flexible tooth texture does not influence the performance of the cover.
TR-Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tires provide bikers with many benefits, including lower rolling resistance when compared to tube tyres, the possibility of pedaling at very low pressures, thus increasing the grip offered by the tyre, and finally the ability to reduce the number of punctures given the absence of the inner tube. Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tires provide the cyclist with all the benefits of a UST certified tubeless tire without the added weight associated with the latter. The flexible and squared rim of the TR tires has been designed to work in perfect harmony with any tubeless rim on the market. To ensure complete air retention and to prevent punctures Maxxis recommends the use of a sealant liquid.
If necessary, Maxxis TR tires can also be used with an inner tube.
