The new S5 has reduced drag by 65 grams and increased chassis surface area, while reducing overall weight. More pronounced frame sections maximize the shapes allowed by the UCI. The iconic V-mount has been further refined and the new fork has been designed to simplify the entire front end.

Additionally, a revolutionary new wheel design concept was developed in collaboration with Reserve to increase stability and reduce aerodynamic drag in turbulent conditions.
