The R5 has always had one goal: to get to the top as fast as possible. But a finish line at the end of a long climb rarely corresponds to the only climb of the day. Usually a race is not decided on the downhill, but on the downhill you can easily lose it. A climber's bike that can't handle a hairpin bend tastes like a cup of decaffeinated coffee. This is the fourth generation of the Cervélo R5, and while weight and rigidity have improved over the years, the handling and unrivaled agility have remained constant since its first day of life.
