Met Trenta 3K Carbon helmet

The MET Trenta 3K Carbon helmet is a high-end model from the Italian brand reserved for the most demanding cyclists! It was used by the professionals of Team Dimension Data on the roads of the 2017 Tour de France. The aerodynamic shape takes up the Venturi principle, with various escape channels throughout the body to better eliminate hot air inside the helmet.
A solid and lightweight helmet made according to the in-mold process with an external polycarbonate shell directly fused with the EPS foam layer which in turn includes a 3K carbon structure which increases solidity and elasticity. The internal padding is made of breathable Air Mesh foam.
The Trenta 3K Carbon helmet is equipped with the Safe-T Orbital occipital system with micrometric wheel to be adjusted on the horizontal and vertical axis (4 clicks).

3K Carbon system
The construction of the Met Trenta performs better than any other helmet on the market!
The R&D team found that the elasticity of carbon allows the density of EPS foam to be reduced by 20%, without compromising its ability to absorb energy. The parallel "ribs" are connected by a carbon cage embedded in the liner, making it significantly lighter than a traditional construction. The result is a lightweight but better performing helmet that sets a new standard.

Fit system Safe-T Orbital
A band all around the head offers 360 degree adjustment, 3 vertical positions, two different positions on the occipital plane. Ponytail compatible.

Air Mesh
Air Mesh stands for functionality and comfort. It is a three-dimensional, warp-knit fabric with an abrasion resistance of over 50,000 cycles and also guarantees breathability at the highest levels.
