The FURION 2.0 helmet is considered a masterpiece of uncompromising design as it combines aerodynamics and efficient ventilation. Thanks to HJC's experience in designing MotoGP helmets, the aerodynamic, innovative and simple design of the Furion 2.0 guarantees high-level performance with optimal air penetration and improved cooling capabilities.

Furion 2.0 has integrated Venturi Dynamics to balance air-resistant strength with an advanced ventilation system. Thanks to its aerodynamic shape and extra light weight (approximately 195 g), this helmet will allow you to save 7% energy during use compared to the competition. It is also equipped with more classic features such as: adjustable occipital cradle, glasses holder, shoulder strap separator and X-Static antibacterial pads.

This helmet comes with replacement pads and a bag to protect the helmet when you take it with you.












SELFIT™


SELFIT is a self-adjusting automatic fit system that is a revolutionary technology for a perfect bicycle helmet fit.

Once the helmet fit is set to your head, it requires no further adjustments, even when your head moves while riding. The SELFIT system automatically adjusts the fit and offers constant fit and comfort for the head.



SNAP FIT ON 5 LEVELS

5 snap-on positions provide consistent fit and comfort for all different types of head shapes and sizes. The cyclist can adjust the fit precisely, obtaining a helmet that adapts perfectly to any type of riding.









COOLPATH™


COOLPATH is a new technology patented by HJC. By replacing the internal padding, it allows fresh air to flow around your head and improves comfort while cycling. The fresh airflow and lightness of the helmet improve the fit and offer an excellent riding experience.















Venturi Dynamics


In order to achieve maximum ventilation, a technical adaptation of the Bernoulli principle is applied to the aerodynamically improved models of HJC. In motion, the velocity of the surface flow generally increases as it proceeds towards the rear of the helmet. Through pressure differences, cold air from the front intake is extracted through the rear vent, dissipating internal heat and guaranteeing the cyclist optimal ventilation and perfect air flow while riding.















Tested in the wind tunnel


HJC helmets are tested in the laboratory and in “real life” to meet the highest quality standards. HJC is one of the very few helmet companies to have its own wind tunnel in order to test aerodynamics, ventilation, noise and more. The HJC wind tunnel laboratory measures air forces in various riding conditions to improve helmet performance.















Advanced ventilation system


A certain amount of air passes through the front air intake duct, then circulates inside the helmet and finally exits through the exhaust duct. Internal airflow is then enhanced to cool the head and dissipate heat.















Aerodynamic Design


Coming from MotoGP helmet design experience, HJC designers and engineers have become experts in aerodynamics and ventilation. Aero helmets, as the word suggests, are more aerodynamic than the traditional road bike helmet, but with compromised ventilation performance. With HJC helmets, this compromise is greatly reduced. In-Mold construction


In-mold is a method that consists of welding the EPS together with the external polycarbonate shell for greater structural resistance. This improves cyclist protection by providing a compact reinforcement and giving the product a perfect finish.















Reinforced internal structure


The helmets are reinforced with an EPS integrated internal structure, the frame not only keeps the helmet in one piece, but also makes it stronger and more durable to protect your head in the event of a collision.















Ultra Light


HJC bicycle helmets are designed with precise measurements in order to obtain the lowest possible weight. Density, placement, shapes and materials play an important role in weight optimization.
