DESCRIPTION
The ditacalde sock cover is made up of 2 fabrics: the upper one and the lower one. The fabric placed in the upper part of the foot (the back) is made with a double layer: the external one is 100% windproof, the internal one is 100% thermal (in terry stitch, Biotex Technotrans technology). The fabric placed in the lower part of the foot (on the sole of the foot) is 100% windproof. The seams of the finger warm sock cover play an important role because they allow perspiration and do not create thickness. In fact, the ditacalde sock cover does not take up space inside the shoe and does not tighten. Ideal for road cyclists and mountain bikers.
HOW AND WHEN TO WEAR IT
The finger warm sock cover, ideal for cycling (both road and MTB), can be worn (over the sock) in periods where temperatures range from -5° to +10°. The temperature range indicates the extreme limits of use. Therefore the center of gravity of the temperatures must be evaluated as a reference to satisfy your needs which vary based on the sport, the climatic conditions and your thermoregulation.
To increase thermal and protection effectiveness, the combination of multiple technical layers is recommended, as per the Biotex philosophy. Check which size is right for you based on the number of shoes you wear, find out the day on which you can wear them and do your training with a technical and high-performance product. HEAD CARE
Take care of Biotex garments and use will be ensured for a long time. It is advisable to wash the garment before use to avoid possible color transfer to other garments. To keep its characteristics unchanged, we recommend delicate washing inside out at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Make sure everything is closed properly: zippers, buttons, velcro. It is recommended to avoid or reduce the use of fabric softeners (it inhibits perspiration). Do not place on radiators or other direct heat sources and do not use an iron. Otherwise, we do not ensure the effectiveness of the garment. Bright/neon colors may fade.
