Deda Superbox DCR Handlebar Stem

The evolution of the current Superbox to the DCR system for complete cable integration. 1 attachment, 4 mountings. The mount can be used in 4 different ways to fit any cable routing solution in the market: DCR, S-DCR, Direct and External. Together with the Deda handlebars with DCR (Deda internal cable routing) system, the stem is the perfect solution for bikes with fully integrated cable passages. The Superbox® attack features a patented solution that provides two possible solutions for internal cable routing. The solution with completely internal cable passages (DCR) or semi-integrated (S-DCR) through a cover that allows installation, adjustment or maintenance without complications for the connections of electrical cables or hydraulic sheaths. Superbox® can be mounted on a traditional 1-1/8" fork steerer and is compatible with a 46 mm frame head tube (for 1-1/8" bearing) or 56 mm (for 1.5" bearing). The design of the attack is completed by a series of shims with channels for the passage of cables. The shims and cover are designed to be opened without having to dismantle any cables from the frame for easy adjustment of the steering height. The innovative forging process of the attack with the flat shape guarantees better aerodynamics. The addition of sizes 70 and 80 makes the Superbox stem the best choice for mtb and gravel bikes too. Available in POB (Polish on black) finish.

To mount the Alanera and Superbox on some bicycle models, a specific plug adapter (Colnago C64 & V3RS) or insert (BMC, Cervélo & Factor) is required.

To mount Alanera and Superbox on some bicycle models, a specific compression ring is required: Bottecchia Emme4 (HDCOMPRDCRBOT); Give VSRu (HDCOMPRDCR-DA); Merida Sculpture (HDCOMPRDCR-ME); Bianchi Oltre Race, Sprint - Focus Izalco Max - Rose Xlite, Reveal, Backroad (HDCOMPR-ACROSX).

For Orbea, Specialized, Cannondale, Trek, ARC8 it is necessary to use the specific adapter as the first shim under the stem. *In the case of the Tarmac SL8, the adapter must be used together with the shims and top cover kit of the original equipment stem mounted on the SL7.

In the case of Ridley and Colnago V3 (MY23), we recommend purchasing the Alanera & Superbox top cap for D-Shape forks (code HDSBXTP-4DX) separately.
