Lezyne Super Drive XL front light

The Super Drive XL is the top of the range of lights offered by Lezyne and I use it as a basic lighting for movement of over an hour and for night races. It proved to be easy to use and reliable, with great useful light and well -designed modes.

Description

Models of light and light beam. The Super Drive has three different fixed modes ranging from overdrive to 575 lumen (autonomy of 1 hour and 30 minutes) to economy at 175 lumen (and an autonomy of 5 hours and 45 minutes). The declared operating times are more or less correct. There is also a flash mode that works for 12 hours with 150 lumens. To switch from one mode to another, simply press the silicone button, easy enough to use even with gloves.

If you travel a long way to go home, a longer ignition time is necessary, but Lezyne has also thought of this. The "Infinite Light" function is present on many of their high -end lamps and essentially allows you to replace the batteries without the help of tools, thanks to the screw cap. Lithium ion batteries are compact, the size of a lighter. The light beam has a warm shade that does not disturb the eye compared to other white lights.
